• Your insurance policy's start and expiry dates
• Records of the WhatsApp reminders we send you: when each was sent, delivered and read, or why it couldn't be delivered

We get these details from your insurance policy when you buy or renew it through us.

We use your details only to remind you before your vehicle insurance expires (usually by WhatsApp, 10 days and 3 days before), to help you renew it, and to keep our own records of renewals.

We don't sell your information. We share it only with:

• WhatsApp (Meta Platforms), which delivers our reminder messages to your phone
• Our web hosting provider, which stores our records on its servers
• Government authorities, if the law requires us to

Your information is kept in a password-protected system that only our staff can use, and it is sent over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

We keep your details while you are our customer and for as long as we need them for renewals and our records. After that, we delete them.

You can ask us at any time to:

• Tell you what information we have about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Stop sending you WhatsApp reminders
• Delete your information
